It seems like Carter comes to Mackey out of concern that his son and his girlfriend have gone missing. At some point during “Van Life,” the titular van turns up with Carter’s son’s girlfriend’s dead body inside. The photos tease that could be when Mackey loops in JD to help her figure out the truth.
The NCIS: Sydney episode must uncover whether Carter’s son is in danger or a killer. So, no pressure!
Elsewhere, Annie Maynard guest stars as Janelle, someone who brings an Improving Workplace Culture workshop to the team.
They all look less then ethused in the photos for “Van Life,” but it does seem like a pretty good way to get to know the characters better. On the other hand, it could backfire and have them put walls up rather than bond.
All will be revealed when NCIS: Sydney returns with another new episode. It’s the procedural’s second episode back after a rather extended hiatus. In that time, CBS renewed the series, as well as NCIS and NCIS: Origins, for another season.
Here’s everything you need to know about this episode, including the air date, cast, promo, and how to watch.
