What to Expect from Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 Episode 3: Secrets

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Previews

The threat from Titan X continues to grow on Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 Episode 3, “Secrets.”

Monarch: Legacy of Monsters Season 2 Episode 2, “Resonance,” ended dramatically. After luring Titan X away from the Monarch ship, Shaw’s speed boat seemed to be swallowed by the massive wave left in the creature’s wake.

It almost looked as though we might have a repeat of the Season 1 finale, with Shaw sacrificing himself to save Kieko and her family.

Luckily, viewers did not have to wait a week to learn Shaw’s fate, as the ever-resilient soldier managed to escape the wave unscathed.

While we were able to breathe a sigh of relief at Shaw’s survival, saving the Monarch ship also cost the team ground on Titan X. That is where things pick up on “Secrets.”

As always, Shaw is at odds with Monarch about how to handle the situation. This leads to another rogue mission, this time led by Shaw and with Keiko, Hiroshi, and Kentro in tow.

Meanwhile, Cate is still struggling with her guilt over letting Titan X escape the Axis Mundi dimension when she led a different rogue mission to save Shaw.

Perhaps the most intriguing thing in all of the preview material for “Secrets” is the vague note about a buried secret exposed.

Is this a personal secret that we will learn about during a flashback? Or, is this a Monarch secret that will further erode trust between the organization, Shaw, May, and the Randa family?

Here’s everything you need to know about this episode, including the air date, cast, and how to watch.
