What to Expect from NCIS: Sydney Season 3 Episode 6: Sucker Punch

NCIS: Sydney Season 3 Episode 6, “Sucker Punch,” plans to make a reality of its title as it throws so much at the team. 

The case of the week appears to involve Australia’s first case of Ebola. The team must work together to uncover patient zero, who happens to be a U.S. Navy scientist. It’s unclear if the body that DeShawn and Evie stand over is that of the scientist who encountered the deadly virus.

The Constable that Mackey and JD are talking to is likely the man who called the authorities for help. Based on context clues, it seems like that’s the scene where Doc tells DeShawn, “You should stick with the cop stuff.” 

The photos for “Sucker Punch” show Mackey and JD in a lab, talking with some scientists — a believable place to stop on their investigation. However, the search for answers will be complicated by a top-secret military research agency.

Will that agency tie back to everything this season has been teasing about Mackey being in danger with a kill list? Only time will tell. 

The team’s investigation will be further complicated by two of their own fighting for their lives. While it’s uncertain until the episode airs, it’s possible that this could be why the biohazard alarm is going off in the NCIS: Sydney promo. Given that it seems Doc and Blue are in isolation, hopefully, the team finds answers.
