Daredevil: Born Again Renewed for Season 3 on Disney+

It’s official! Matt Murdock’s quest for justice will continue for a third season of Marvel Studios’ Daredevil: Born Again.

Disney+ has renewed the series ahead of its second season, which is slated to premiere on the streamer in March 2026.

“In terms of Daredevil, yeah, we are greenlit for Season 3 and we start shooting next year,” Brad Winderbaum, head of streaming, television, and animation at Marvel Studios, told IGN.

This news comes after speculation that Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 would be the final season. The series, a revival of the three-season Netflix series, made its two-episode debut in March 2025 and wrapped up its nine-episode run in April.

It follows Charlix Cox in the titular role as “a blind lawyer with heightened abilities…fighting for justice through his bustling law firm.” Vincent D’Onofrio portrays “former mob boss Wilson Fisk,” who “pursues his own political endeavors in New York.”

“When their past identities begin to emerge, both men find themselves on an inevitable collision course,” per the show’s logline.

D’Onofrio seemingly confirmed Daredevil: Born Again‘s renewal in a tweet that simply reads, “3.”

Both Cox and D’Onofrio reprise their roles from the Netflix series alongside Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Franklin “Foggy” Nelson, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin “Dex” Poindexter/Bullseye, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle/The Punisher.

Bernthal is also starring in a The Punisher special presentation on Disney+, which is expected to debut in 2026, too. 

Daredevil: Born Again Season 1 also stars Margarita Levieva, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, and Michael Gandolfini. Dario Scardapane serves as the showrunner. 

Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Michael Cuesta, Jeffrey Nachmanoff, and David Boyd directed the first season. The show’s executive producers include Kevin Feige, Louis D’Esposito, Winderbaum, Sana Amanat, Chris Gary, Scardapane, Christopher Ord & Matthew Corman, and Benson & Moorhead.
