A combination of documentary and historical drama, the limited series shifts the focus from Anne Boleyn’s time at court to the family she was born into. The Boelyns: A Scandalous Family debuts Sunday, August 28 at 8/7c on PBS.
Series Description: Part documentary, part historical drama, this series follows the fortunes of the different members of the Boleyn family, ultimately made notorious for daughter Anne’s marriage to Henry VIII and execution.
The Patient – Tuesday, August 30

Dr. Alan Strauss, a therapist, is taken prisoner by one of his patients who reveals that he’s a serial killer. With one extreme request from his patient, will Dr. Strauss be able to do to survive the ordeal? The Patient debuts Tuesday, August 30 on Hulu.

Pantheon – Thursday, September 1

AMC+’s latest series takes viewers to a world where your consciousness can be uploaded. Maddie learns that her deceased father’s consciousness is seemingly within the body of a stranger. Pantheon debuts Thursday, September 1 on AMC+.
Series Description: Bullied teen Maddie begins receiving messages from a mysterious stranger that claims to be her recently deceased father, David; his consciousness has been uploaded to the cloud after an experimental brain scan, and it turns out he’s not the only one.
Love in the Villa – Thursday, September 1

Kat Graham and The Umbrella Academy’s Tom Hooper star in this seemingly charming romantic comedy following a pair of people stuck sharing an Italian villa. Love in the Villa drops Thursday, September 1 on Netflix.
Movie Description: A young woman takes a trip to romantic Verona, Italy, after a breakup, only to find that the villa she reserved was double-booked, and she’ll have to share her vacation with a cynical British man.
The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power – Friday, September 2

After unending speculation and anticipation, it’s finally here! Set a thousand years before the original story, this series embarks on a tale of riches and ruin, darkness, and the fight to persevere. The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power debuts Friday, September 2 on Prime Video.
