Elsbeth Season 4 Adds Lea Michele, Sam Richardson, and Nat Faxon as Guest Stars
Elsbeth has added even more guest stars to its upcoming fourth season on CBS.
Deadline exclusively reported that Lea Michele, Sam Richardson, and Nat Faxon will join the series. CBS Casting shared the “exciting additions” on Instagram.
The trio joins the previously announced guest stars of Nicole Scherzinger, Nicholas Braun, New York Knicks star OG Anunoby, and Jemima Kirke.
The trade has revealed some details about the new Elsbeth characters. For example, Lea Michele will play Darcy Miles, “a Pilates Princess and trainer who, when asked to whip her girls into shape, flexes her muscles too hard.”
Meanwhile, Richardson will portray “a born-and-raised Coney Islander” named Cody Baxter, who is also and “up-and-coming competitive eater with a deadly appetite for fame.”
Finally, Faxon will play Petty Macintyre, who is known as “the least popular member at the Nickerson Country Club, whose miraculous hole-in-one leads to murder.”
CBS has not revealed when these characters will appear on Elsbeth.
The drama series returns with its fourth season with Elsbeth Season 4 Episode 1, “Crazy in Love,” on Thursday, October 8, at 9/8c on CBS.
“Crazy in Love” Description: Elsbeth crosses paths with renowned marriage counselor Serena Collyer (Nicole Scherzinger), whose cool demeanor hides a murderous and messy passion. Also, Teddy sets a wedding date.
The season premiere was written by Sarah Beckett and directed by Nancy Hower.
Elsbeth stars Carrie Preston as Elsbeth Tascioni and Wendell Pierce as Captain C.W. Wagner.
Preston originated the titular character on The Good Wife and played her again on spinoff series The Good Fight. Elsbeth then had its series debut in 2024.
All three shows come from executive producers Robert and Michelle King.
As previously reported, CBS renewed the show for its fourth season back in January. That news came alongside renewals for 9 other shows on the network.
Showrunner Jonathan Tolins, Erica Shelton Kodish, Bryan Goluboff, Gail Barringer, and Leah Nanako Winkler executive produce the series.
