Tracker Season 3 Episode 11 Review: To the Bone
Tracker Season 3 Episode 11, “To the Bone,” is another thrilling episode filled with incredible tension, heightened stakes, and compelling narratives.
“To the Bone” also covers the tough subject of sex trafficking — a highly unusual route for Tracker to take, but one that pays off while shedding light on this issue.
However, the most surprising aspect of “To the Bone” is the way the missing-persons case completely disconnects from Colter’s personal life.

Usually, the cases Colter takes on unexpectedly relate to him. Whether he is reconciling with a development in his father’s mysterious death or he is providing a favor to an old friend, Colter’s work often compels him to reflect on his own life.
“To the Bone” is completely removed from Colter, focusing instead on the severe subject of sex trafficking.
Various TV shows have covered this topic, so it is fascinating to see how Colter’s search for 18-year-old Ben Pateras leads him to a sex trafficking ring.
Colter’s investigation leads him directly to the main house, where he sees firsthand the terrible conditions predators force these young girls into.
This narrative is even more compelling since Colter does not work with law enforcement to find Ben.

Tracker highlights a cruel truth regarding sex trafficking: predators are often successful because they abduct vulnerable victims, ensuring the high probability of no one looking for them.
In this case, Ben becomes involved with a particular trafficking ring that seduces young girls from foreign nations, almost guaranteeing that no one will look for them upon arriving in the United States.
Furthermore, traffickers are ruthless and highly intelligent, willing to kill their victims to silence them.
Considering that Colter is not law enforcement, Tracker is the best possible show to highlight these factors. It is critical to illustrate the police’s oblivion to certain trafficking rings, something that would not work on a TV show focusing on law enforcement’s investigation.
This subject is weighty enough on its own, making it unnecessary for Colter to connect his personal life to the case.

While Colter is looking for Ben and trying to save the victims of this particular sex trafficking ring, Reenie has her own storyline that might result in Reenie taking center stage on an upcoming episode.
Reenie: In Colter we trust.
A lawyer named Maxine approaches Reenie and asks her to join a class-action real estate lawsuit — a genuinely shocking decision since Tracker never focuses on Reenie’s law firm unless Colter is involved.
As a result, the narrative immediately suggests that something is amiss with Maxine.
This unusual plot development adds a layer of suspicion when Reenie tracks down witnesses for this lawsuit, illustrating how Reenie does not need Colter to shine as a character.
More importantly, Reenie quickly discovers that something is wrong when one of the potential witnesses turns out to be dead, further implying this storyline will likely gain prominence in the future.

There is significant potential for Tracker to execute a compelling narrative that lasts across multiple episodes, and it would be incredibly disappointing if Reenie’s lawsuit wraps up on the next episode.
Naturally, the storyline should conclude on an episode that focuses entirely on the lawsuit, but it would be more riveting if Tracker drags it out first.
Only time will tell how this show will approach this narrative.
