On Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 11, “I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For,” Meredith, Richard, Nick, and Catherine must decide how to move forward after learning their patient, Tasha, has Alzheimer’s.
Catherine’s former student, Dr. Evynn Moore, withheld medical records and lied to them in order for her wife to receive a liver transplant. Tasha is running out of time, and the donor liver has already arrived, but that reveal throws everything into question.
It wouldn’t be the first time these doctors have bent the rules, but the promo shows Meredith insisting on telling the transplant committee. The promo also shows Evynn making a case that this home to Meredith: “What about Alzheimer’s is fair?”
Meanwhile, Sophia Bush returns as Dr. Cass Beckman, and a group of college students cause trouble with a hospital scavenger hunt.

What Happened on the Previous Episode?
On Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 10, “Jump (for My Love),” Meredith and Nick came to Seattle for a surgery at Catherine’s request. Things remained tense between Meredith and Richard until they discovered controversy with their case — Catherine’s former student lied about her wife’s medical records in order to get her a liver transplant.
Meanwhile, Bailey hosted a retreat for the interns that allowed them to move past some of their issues with one another, particularly for Jules and Simone. And, inspired by a patient, Link proposed to Jo, and she said yes.
