A First Look at ‘The Summer I Turned Pretty’ Season 2
Are your bags packed? The countdown to a summer spent at Cousins Beach is on!
The Summer I Turned Pretty premieres with three episodes on Friday, July 13, on Prime Video, with new episodes following weekly until the season finale on August 18.
With the teen drama’s return only a little over a month away, Prime Video has released a few first-look images of the upcoming season, including one that’s blocking favors the central love triangle between Lola Tung’s Belly, Christopher Briney’s Conrad Fisher, and Gavin Casalegno’s Jeremiah Fisher.

The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 will also see Belly adjust to the fact that summer may never be the same at Cousins Beach now that things have changed between her, Conrad, and Jeremiah, and Susannah’s cancer has returned.
Not to mention, this summer brings with it a threat to the future of Susannah’s beloved house by an unexpected visitor, sending Belly on a rallying mission to bring everyone together and, of course, decide where her heart lies.
While it’s unclear who that unexpected visitor is, Kyra Sedgwick and Elsie Fisher are joining The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2 in recurring roles. Jackie Chung and Rachel Blanchard will also star. Returning cast members include Tung, Briney, Casalegno, Sean Kaufman, Rain Spencer, and recurring guest David Iacono.
Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka are showrunners for The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 2. The Prime Video series is based on Han’s book trilogy of the same name.
Season Description: Belly used to count down the days until she could return to Cousins Beach, but with Conrad and Jeremiah fighting over her heart and the return of Susannah’s cancer, she’s not sure summer will ever be the same. When an unexpected visitor threatens the future of Susannah’s beloved house, Belly has to rally the gang to come together — and to decide once and for all where her heart lies.
