Preview — Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 4: The Inverse Method
Jenna Dewan returns to the Arrowverse as Lucy Lane on Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 4, “The Inverse Method.” But there’s a twist!
The past few episodes of Superman & Lois set this storyline in motion, but it’s all but explicitly stated on the show that this Lucy Lane is not the same one we met on Supergirl.
Like with Jordan and Jonathan becoming teenagers, it appears that this version of Lucy is a result of Crisis.
Her relationship with her sister Lois is as fraught as over. The ever-evolving situation regarding Lois’ piece about Ally Allston and her cult underscores that tension.
Maybe, Lois (and Chrissy) can get through to Lucy about the truth of the situation, even if her reality differs from what Lois may expect.
The fracture in their relationship will unlikely be resolved by the end of “The Inverse Method,” so we can only hope this isn’t the last time we’ll see Lucy on screen.
It’s known that Dewan is only a guest star as Lucy Lane, but it would be nice for this episode to tee up another one where the two sisters continue to reconnect.
