After an extra brief hiatus, the Legends are back for Season 7 with Legends of Tomorrow Season 7 Episode 1, “The Bullet Blondes.”
Season 7 picks up where Season 6 left off. The Legends are still stranded in 1920s Texas after the Waverider is destroyed by a possible future version of the Waverider.
The most sentimental goodbye on “The Fungus Amongus” was Mick. Mick went off with Kayla and their brood for a new adventure and was one of the last of the Season 1 Legends to leave the Waverider. This leaves Sara as the only remaining Legend from Rip’s original crew.
We’ve said goodbye to many on Legends over 6 Seasons, but there is always something extra sad when it’s one of the originals.
We also said goodbye to Constantine on “The Fungus Amongus,” but unlike with Mick, Constantine’s portrayer, Matt Ryan, will remain as part of the cast as a new character.
Legends has done this twice before, and if it were any other show, that trick would be getting a little old by now. However, the two previous times they did this were both very successful, so there is no reason to think that this time will be any different.
We’ll have to wait and see whether Ryan’s new character makes his debut on “The Bullet Blondes,” but it’s definitely something to look forward to this season.

Episode description: After defeating the aliens and saving Earth, the Legends find themselves stranded in 1925 Odessa, Texas, with a destroyed Waverider; wanting to help fix things, Astra tries using her powers, which creates unwanted attention from the town.
