We’ve reached the penultimate episode of Season 6 of Legends of Tomorrow. Things are not looking great for John Constantine on Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Episode 14, “There Will Be Brood.”
Going into “There Will be Brood,” John’s darkness is fully in control and teaming up with Bishop. It’s not clear what Bishop’s angle is with John. It may have something to do with the Fountain of Imperium, though. Whatever it is, it’s nothing good, and it’s up to Spooner and Astra to figure it out.
Astra trying to save John is a perfect full-circle moment after the events of Season 5. Plus, if anyone can understand the addictive pull of magic and power, it’s Astra.
The Astra/Spooner team-up takes an unexpected turn for Spooner, though, when she runs into someone she believes to be her mother. It’s a development that promises an emotional episode for Spooner.
Regardless of whether the woman they meet really is her mother, more character growth for the newest Legend is something to look forward to.
Elsewhere on the episode, Rory is no longer pregnant after giving birth to a brood of alien eggs on “Silence of the Sonograms,” but Kayla is still unaccounted for. Do you think she will pop up on “There will Be Brood?”
