Sara has been reunited with her Legends family and is ready for her first mission on Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Episode 8, “Stressed Western.”
What better way to celebrate being back with her team and getting engaged to the love of her life than a mission to one of the Legends’ favorite eras, the wild wild west.
As much as the Legends — and fans — love the team’s excursions to the world of the Western, Sara seems a bit over-enthusiastic for the mission in the episode promo.
She is no doubt still freaked out by her new physical status as an alien-human hybrid clone and eager to find some sense of normalcy — or whatever that looks like on the Waverider.
She is likely also nervous about Ava and the team finding out about what happened and wants to prove to them –but more to herself — that she is the same person she has always been.
Whatever nerves she’s feeling, Sara thankfully doesn’t keep her secret for long. Instead — as shown in the promo — she dramatically reveals that she is now apparently bulletproof (a delicious subversion of the bury your gays trope, by the way).
Another thing to look forward to on “Stressed Western” is a guest appearance by none other than David Ramsey. Ramsey is playing real-life legend, Bass Reeves.
It’s always fun to see other Arrowverse characters pop up on Legendsbut it will be especially fun to see Ramsey take on a role so different than what we’re used to from him.
Does Ramsey’s guest appearance as Reeves have a connection to his Arrowverse character John Diggle or is it just a fun bit of casting? With Legends of Tomorrow, anything is possible.
