Legends of Tomorrow, Previews

The Legends are still trying to find their kidnapped captain on Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Episode 2, “Meat: The Legends.”

After a cross galaxy engagement on Legends of Tomorrow Season 6 Episode 1, “Ground Control to Sara Lance,” Ava is determined to find her now fiancé. But, she’ll also have to lead the team as they work to remove all the aliens Sara accidentally unleased in the timeline.

On “Meat: The Legends,” the team ends up in what seems to be the 1950s in some sort of alien soylent green situation. As with so many of Legends of Tomorrow’s best episodes, “Meat” The Legends” appears to be pop culture homage episdoe. This time paying tribute to B movie horror.

Elsewhere on the episode, we pick up with Sara and Gary, who were hurtling towards an unknown planet at the end of “Ground Control to Sara Lance.” Stranded on this very pink planet, Sara and Gary meet Amelia Earhart of all people.

It’s a little surprising that the Legends have never run into Earhart in previous seasons but there are so many fun possiblities with having Sara randomly run into her on some far off planet.
