So far, Memory of a Killer has given us bits and pieces of who Angelo is and the life he leads, but this episode is about to change that. Memory of a Killer Season 1 Episode 5, “Betrayal,” takes us on a trip down memory lane.
While working on a new hit, Angelo gets flooded by memories of the time around his brother’s diagnosis. From what the promo shows, it seems like Angelo’s brother was also a hitman, and the two were working together for Dutch. We also get the feeling that the symptoms of Alzheimer’s may have led Angelo’s brother to make a mistake or two.
If Angelo continues down the same path, his mistakes might be greater than his brother’s.
Based on the promo, we can also infer the episode will tell us a bit more about Angelo’s wife. So far, all we know is that she was killed by a drunk driver. However, we can tell there is definitely more to her story that we have yet to uncover.
