Blue makes a daring save that goes viral on 9-1-1: Nashville Season 1 Episode 4, “Bad Case of the Blues.”
When the 113 responds to an emergency at a waterpark, based on the promo, Blue jumps into action on his own. While it’s an admirable move, it’s risky for a firefighter in training and draws a lot of attention after going viral online.
Blue’s actions prompt the station to put his skills to the test as he continues training for the firefighter exam. And what better way than a sorority house going up in flames after a chemical fire?

Meanwhile, after an enthralling three-part season premiere, the series is setting sail and diving right into the drama that is the Bennings and Hart families.
Blythe is wary about the sudden appearance of Blue and Dixie in Don’s life. The latter specifically. Blythe is an intelligent woman, so it doesn’t take much for her to see through Dixie’s ruse.
Don, though, is apprehensive about believing his wife’s intuition. In the spirit of a family reconnecting, he’s instead focused on the positive aspect of the situation.
