Fallout Season 2 First Look Teases Brotherhood of Steel’s Campaign, Vault Uprising, and Pre-War New Vegas
The wedding bells of Fallout Season 2 will be officially ringing very soon!
Prime Video revealed a first look at Fallout Season 2, which is set to begin streaming this December. The episode count for Season 2 is unclear, but the story will follow immediately from Season 1’s conclusion. That ending gave fans much to ponder, considering the larger implications it has on the in-game lore.
Fallout Season 1 saw Lucy’s father, Hank, ultimately betray her for the cause of Vault-Tec, who had been manipulating events from the start. Vault-Tec had been secretly planning to engulf the world in a nuclear war for their capitalistic purposes.

With this revelation, Hank stole Maximus’ power armor and left the two to revel as Lucy discovered her mom was still alive. However, the Ghoul, previously known as actor Cooper Howard, decides to recruit Lucy to help take down her father in the hopes that he can find his family again.
Unfortunately for them, Hank manages to find the remnants of New Vegas, the iconic locale from the game Fallout: New Vegas, ran by the former enigmatic ruler, Mr. House.
New Vegas was supposed to be a fortress in the aftermath of the Sino-American War, the in-game conflict that scorched the world. Mr. House, who turned himself into New Vegas’ robotic overlord, managed to sustain it for years to come thanks to his precognition of the War.

However, Fallout Season 1’s ending suggests that the Courier, the protagonist of Fallout: New Vegas, made it into an independent state. It might have come at a cost of its own rule as the remnants of the New California Republic’s army is seen in the credits.
As for Maximus, he became a full-fledged leader of the Brotherhood of Steel while Lucy’s brother, Norm, was trapped in their three shared vaults by Barb’s co-worker, Bud.
These new photos present a closer look at pre-War New Vegas, when Vault-Tec presumably still had control and influence over Mr. House. Given Cooper’s fractured romance with his wife, Barb, it could be interesting to see how Cooper copes with everything despite what he was previously told.

Fallout stars Ella Purnell, Aaron Moten, Walton Goggins, Kyle MacLachlan, Moisés Arias, and Frances Turner.
Fallout is produced by Kilter Films, with executive producers Jonathan Nolan, Lisa Joy, and Athena Wickham. Geneva Robertson-Dworet and Graham Wagner serve as executive producers, creators, and showrunners.
Todd Howard, Bethesda Game Studios, executive produces along with James Altman for Bethesda Softworks. Amazon MGM Studios and Kilter Films produce in association with Bethesda Game Studios and Bethesda Softworks.
