Emmys 2025: Severance, The Studio, and The Penguin Among Nominees
Nominations for the 77th annual Primetime Emmy® Awards were announced today by Harvey Guillén and Brenda Song, along with Television Academy Chair Cris Abrego.
Among this year’s nominees are Severance, The Studio, The Penguin, Hacks, The Pitt, Shrinking, and The Last of Us.

Severance leads the pack this year with 27 total nominations. The Penguin, The Studio, and The Last of Us also received a large number of nominations, with 24 for The Penguin and 23 for both The Studio and The Last of Us.
This year’s Emmy Awards will take place on September 14th at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. The awards show will air live on CBS and will be available to stream on Paramount+.
Comedian Nate Bargatze will host the telecast, and Jesse Collins Entertainment is set to return as executive producer for the third consecutive year.

The 77th Emmy Awards will broadcast live on CBS on Sunday, September 14th,(8:00-11:00 PM EDT/5:00-8:00 PM PDT) on the CBS Television Network and available to stream live and on demand on Paramount+.
The 2025 Creative Arts Emmy® Awards, will be held over two consecutive nights, Saturday, Sept. 6, and Sunday, Sept. 7, at the Peacock Theater at L.A. LIVE, helmed by executive producer Bob Bain and Bob Bain Productions. An edited presentation of the ceremonies will air Saturday, Sept. 13, at 8:00 PM PDT on FXX. Available to stream on HULU through October 7.
