The Hunting Party and Brilliant Minds Renewed at NBC
NBC has announced renewals for two of its newest drama series, The Hunting Party and Brilliant Minds, for second seasons.
The news comes just a few days after several cancellations were announced by the network, including Found, The Irrational, and Suits LA. Meanwhile, all three One Chicago franchise series have also been renewed, along with both Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU.

Brilliant Minds reached 31 million viewers in its first season across all platforms, while The Hunting Party reached 27 million.
Both series will return this Fall, with Brilliant Minds airing on Monday nights, and The Hunting Party taking over Found’s Thursday night spot following Law & Order: SVU.
About The Hunting Party: The Hunting Party is a high-concept crime procedural about a small team of investigators who are brought together to track down the country’s most dangerous killers, all of whom have just escaped from a top-secret prison that’s not supposed to exist. The cast includes Melissa Roxburgh, Nick Wechsler, Patrick Sabongui, Josh McKenzie, and Sara Garcia.
About Brilliant Minds: Brilliant Minds follows a revolutionary, larger-than-life neurologist and his team of interns as they explore the human mind, all while grappling with their own relationships and mental health. The cast includes Zachary Quinto, Tamberla Perry, Ashleigh LaThrop, Alex MacNicoll, Aury Krebs, Spence Moore II, Teddy Sears, and Donna Murphy.
