Mouch makes a special appearance on Chicago Med Season 10 Episode 15, “Down in a Hole.” As the CFD is working to get a woman and her daughter out of an abandoned well, Ripley decides to offer his expertise and help save their lives.

However, things don’t go as planned, and Ripley’s life is now in danger. Will the firefighters get Ripley, the mother, and the daughter out in time?

Meanwhile, Asher receives another visit from her sister as she works on a patient with an extremely rare condition. Could her sister be the patient? Or is her visit unrelated to the case?

Asher’s focus on the case and her sister might shift when she finds out the news about Ripley. Even though the two recently broke up, that doesn’t mean Hannah stopped caring about him.
