
The 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards: Television Series Winners Include ‘Shōgun,’ ‘Hacks,’ and ‘Baby Reindeer’
After being postponed twice due to the L.A. wildfires, the 30th Annual Critics Choice Awards took place on Friday night, celebrating the best of film and television.
This year’s Critics Choice Awards, which was hosted by Chelsea Handler for the second year in a row, took place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. The ceremony aired live on E! and can now be streamed on Peacock.
Shōgun led in the TV series categories, earning four awards, including Best Drama Series, Best Actor in a Drama Series for Hiroyuki Sanada, Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series for Tadanobu Asano, and Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series for Moeka Hoshi.
Hacks followed with three wins, including Best Comedy Series, Best Actress in a Comedy Series for Jean Smart, and Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for Hannah Einbinder.
