Ginny & Georgia Season 3 Premiere Date Announced by Netflix
Ginny & Georgia will return for its third season later this year!
The dramedy will — finally — return on Thursday, June 5, on Netflix.
As previously reported, the streamer renewed Ginny & Georgia for a third and fourth season in May 2023. With the show’s 10-episode second season premiering in January 2023, the anticipation for Ginny & Georgia Season 3 has only grown over the last two years.

That sentiment rings especially true considering Ginny & Georgia Season 2 Episode 10, “I’m No Cinderella,” ends with the cliffhanger of Georgia getting arrested.
Ginny & Georgia creator and executive producer Sarah Lampert shared a TikTok (recorded the day after the third season’s wrap party) explaining the gap between this season and the last.
“We have to wait for it [Season 2] to drop on Netflix, wait to see if people will watch it, then we saw whether or not we were getting a Season 3. Then the Writers Strike happened. So, there was a whole year where we couldn’t work on the show. And then we filmed Season 3,” Lampert shared.
“But, luckily for fans, we already know we’re getting a Season 4. We don’t have to wait for it to drop. We don’t have to wait to see how Season 3 does. So there will not be as long of a gap between 3 and 4, as there has been between 1 or 2 or 2 or 3,” Lampert added.

Ginny & Georgia Season 3 began production in April 2024 and wrapped in September 2024. Netflix shared a few photos from one of the cast’s table reads for the season.
Lampert told Netflix’s Tudum that the third season will throw “new hurdles, new relationships, and new challenges” at the titular pair “in a way we haven’t seen before on the show.” Any other details about the upcoming season are under wraps.
Brianne Howey and Antonia Gentry will reprise their roles as Georgia and Ginny.
Other returning cast members include Felix Mallard as Marcus, Sara Waisglass as Max, Diesel La Torraca as Austin, Jennifer Robertson as Ellen, Scott Porter as Mayor Paul Randolph, Raymond Ablack as Joe, Katie Douglas as Abby, Chelsea Clark as Norah, Nathan Mitchell as Zion, Silver as Katelyn Wells, and more.

Ginny & Georgia Season 3 will add Ty Doran and Noah Lamanna in recurring roles.
Doran joins as Wolfe, “a laid-back guy in Ginny’s poetry class who doesn’t particularly like poetry.” Meanwhile, Lamanna will portray Marcus and Silver’s friend Tris. They are a skateboarder who is supersmart and peer tutors.
Sarah Glinski joins Lampert as showrunner and executive producer on Ginny & Georiga Season 3.
Jeff Tahler; Jenny Daly (Critical Content); Holly Hines; Daniel March (Dynamic Television); and Lance Samuels, Daniel Iron, and Armand Leo (Blue Ice Pictures) executive produce the series. Elena Blekhter and Ali Kinney are co-executive producers.
