All Upcoming Marvel Studios Series Releasing on Disney+
Disney+ continues to be the streaming headquarters for us to watch some of TV’s most exciting superhero shows.
With Marvel Studios continuing to be a hot property, plenty of franchise series will make their way onto the House of Mouse’s streaming service in the coming phases. With many of these projects in the pipeline for years at a time, it can be difficult to keep track of what projects are greenlighted and when they will premiere.
So, here’s a list of all upcoming Marvel Studios series set to release on Disney+, in order of premiere date:
Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man

Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man was initially believed to be an animated prequel to the MCU Spider-Man films. Instead, the animated show takes place in an alternate universe with a new re-telling of Spider-Man’s origin.
Without the MCU connection, fans’ anticipation for the show may dwindle, and the series’ 3D animation has also proven divisive.
However, the 2D-style 3D animation worked wonders for X-Men ’97, and it could prove just as effective for Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man as the show explores an origin story superhero fans can never seem to get enough of regardless of how many iterations of Peter Parker we meet.
Release Date: January 29, 2025
Daredevil: Born Again

There’s probably no live-action Marvel TV show as beloved as Netflix’s Daredevil.
The gritty 2015 series gave fans a more grounded, street-level look at the MCU, containing some of the best hand-to-hand fight scenes in any Marvel property. We wept for the series’ cancellation and hoped for a renewal as Disney+ began introducing a new phase of streaming series.
Fans got their wish with the announcement of Daredevil: Born Again.
The reboot brings back beloved cast member Charlie Cox as the titular hero, once again facing off against Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin. After a complete overhaul that saw Deborah Ann Woll and Elden Henson rehired and new head writers brought on, Born Again promises to continue where the previous series left off.
Release Date: March 4, 2025
Ironheart

Ironheart is in a strange predicament. The series was shot around the same time as Wakanda Forever and Echo, yet it won’t be released until the summer of 2025. It’s unknown why Marvel held the series for that long.
Riri Williams’ Ironheart is still a relatively new character, with many only being first introduced to her during Wakanda Forever. So, we will have to wait and see where this teenage tech genius lands amongst our favorite Disney+ series and the latest MCU phase.
Release Date: June 24, 2025
Eyes of Wakanda

Fans haven’t had enough of Wakanda since the first Black Panther film graced our screens in 2018.
Director Ryan Coogler and collaborators did magnificent work to make the country of Wakanda a fantastical place to live in and experience.
Eyes of Wakanda is an animated series that promises to give fans more of what they crave. The series will finally let us experience the country through the eyes of its many citizens throughout the ages. It’s a unique premise that Marvel fans are already salivating to see the light of day.
Release Date: August 6, 2025
Marvel Zombies

The Marvel Zombies show seems to benefit from the enhanced visual cues of the latter two What If…? seasons, improving the stiff animation from Season 1.
The darker atmosphere will be a breath of fresh air for the MCU, offering fans an unusually bleak and somber tone for the franchise. Furthermore, seeing fan-favorite characters zombified is worth the price of admission alone.
Hopefully, the Marvel Zombies series will do even more with the premise than what the standalone episode did.
Release Date: October 2025
Wonder Man

Wonder Man will focus on actor-turned-superhero Simon Williams, who navigates the Hollywood lifestyle and tries to book acting jobs. Very little of the project has been revealed at this time, but the small samples of footage shown hint at an offbeat mini-series.
Yahya Abdul-Mateen II will star as the title character, and seeing his name on the cast list can make any project more exciting.
Release Date: December 2025
Vision Quest

Variety reports that Star Trek: Picard‘s Terry Matalas will serve as showrunner for Vision Quest, the long-awaited WandaVision spin-off starring Paul Bettany as White Vision.
Agatha All Along showrunner Jac Schaeffer confirmed the series is in production with The Hollywood Reporter, but that’s all we know so far.
Fans speculate it will adapt Tom King’s Vision comic and will follow up on the story threads from WandaVision and Agatha All Along.
Release Date: TBA
X-Men ’97 Season 2

The MCU owes a lot to the X-Men animated series, and it makes sense for Disney to greenlight a follow-up show for the beloved cartoon.
What many didn’t expect was how well-crafted X-Men ’97 became. The sequel series exceeded expectations, from the writing to the animation. X-Men ’97 Season 1 Episode 5, “Remember It,” is one of the most riveting and shocking animated episodes created by Marvel.
With the first season ending on a cliffhanger, fans are anxiously awaiting Season 2.
