What to Watch on TV This Week: 2024 SNL Election Special, Meet Me Next Christmas, Doctor Odyssey, and More

If you’re looking for some non-news programming, the week of November 3rd still has a lot of variety in store. You can tune into the 2024 SNL Election Special for some laughs or catch some network favorites like Tracker, Grey’s Anatomy, and Doctor Odyssey.

2024 SNL Election Special – Monday, November 4th

NCIS – Monday, November 4th

Game Changers – Tuesday, November 5th

Learn about the history of your favorite games in this new docuseries. First up? An episode about the home of Mario, Nintendo. Game Changers Season 1 premieres Tuesday, November 5th at 10/9c on Discovery.

Meet Me Next Christmas – Wednesday, November 6th

Christina Milian returns to Netflix with a new rom-com. Protagonist Layla is on a high-stakes hunt for a sold-out concert ticket in order to make sure her Christmas romance happens. Meet Me Next Christmas streams Wednesday, November 6th on Netflix.

Film Description: In pursuit of a fairytale romance with the man of her dreams, Layla must race through New York City to get her hands on the hottest ticket in town: the sold out Pentatonix Christmas Eve Concert.

Chicago Fire – Wednesday, November 6th

An Illinois State Police investigation involves Severide after he discovers illegal guns during a call. Meanwhile Kidd is concerned about Carver’s well-being. Chicago Fire airs Wednesday, November 6th at 10/9c on NBC.

Episode Description: Severide gets wrapped up in an Illinois State Police investigation after discovering illegal guns on a call. A bird harasses Mouch on the apparatus floor. Kidd keeps an eye on Carver as his attitude worsens.

Eat Slay Love – Thursday, November 7th

Some of your favorite Bravolebrities take a girls’ trip to Vietnam to learn more about the country and themselves. All three episodes of Eat Slay Love premiere Thursday, November 7th on Peacock. 

Season Description: Celebrity pals Nivea, Eva Marcille, Tammy Rivera, and London Hughes take a girls’ trip to Vietnam to rejuvenate themselves, find new inspiration, and celebrate Nivea’s birthday. As they travel across Vietnam, the four women experience the vibrant Vietnamese culture and end up learning about themselves. But cultural clashes and misunderstandings within the group lead to early conflict, and the ladies must get things back on track. Outer Banks – Thursday, November 7th

After that shocking reveal about JJ’s parents, the Pogues are back for more adventures and drama in Season 4 Part B. Outer Banks premieres Thursday, November 7th on Netflix.

Season Description: Following last season’s 18-month flash-forward showing Wes Genrette’s proposal for the Pogues to find Blackbeard’s treasure, Season 4 takes us back in time to the lead-up of that moment. After finding the gold at El Dorado, the Pogues return to the OBX and commit to having a “normal” life. They’ve built themselves a new safe haven, officially dubbed “Poguelandia 2.0”, where they live together and run a fairly successful bait, tackle, and charter tour shop. Doctor Odyssey – Thursday, November 7th

A wedding cruise spells disaster for the Odyssey crew. Don’t worry, though; they still find time for some love connections. Doctor Odyssey airs Thursday, November 7th at 9/8c on ABC.

Episode Description: When a wealthy family charters The Odyssey for a weeklong wedding cruise, all eyes are on the “bridezilla” as she wreaks havoc on board. Amid the chaos, love and lust manage to find their way through the air with sparks flying among the crew.

Grey’s Anatomy – Thursday, November 7th

Sophia Bush joins the cast of Grey’s Anatomy in a recurring role beginning this Thursday, and it looks like she’s going to be shaking things up a bit. Grey’s Anatomy Season 21 Episode 6, “Night Moves,” airs Thursday, November 7th at 10/9c on ABC.

Episode description: Teddy and Owen plan a date night that gets derailed in more ways than one, while Jo struggles to do it all at home. Mika adds more to her plate to make up for taking time off to be with her sister, and Levi is faced with a monumental decision.

Happy’s Place – Friday, November 8th

Isabella second-guesses moving in with Bobbie after seeing how they handle conflict differently. Happy’s Place airs Friday, November 8th at 8/7c on NBC.

Episode Description: Bobbie asks Isabella to move in with her, but when Isabella sees that Bobbie likes to address conflict head on, Isabella decides it might not be the best idea.

Arcane – Saturday, November 9th

The conflict between Piltover and Zaun escalates in the fallout of Jinx’s attack. The long-awaited Arcane Season 2 premieres on Saturday, November 9th on Netflix.

Season Description: In this final chapter, Jinx’s attack on the Council sets the stage for a dire escalation of the conflict between Piltover and Zaun.

Santa Tell Me – Saturday, November 9th

This TV host learns the first name of her destined true love. The only problem is she meets three potential suitors who all share that name. Santa Tell Me premieres Saturday, November 9th at 8/7c on Hallmark.

Movie Description: A design show host finds a letter from Santa promising to meet her true love, a man named Nick, by Christmas Eve. Meeting three Nicks complicates her search.
