After how things ended on the last episode, we’re not surprised Chicago MedSeason 10 Episode 7, “Family Matters,” will heavily focus on the tension between Archer and Lenox. It has been evident since the beginning of the season that these two characters would have a hard time adjusting to each other.
However, things are getting worse with every passing episode. While Lenox wants to change things to fit her way without thinking outside the box, Archer is worried her determination will lead to more patients dying. Can they find common ground? Or will this be the end for one of them in the ED?

Meanwhile, Ripley and Frost continue to prove they can work together. The two have similar stories in which their past follows them where they go, and they’re constantly trying to escape it. This has helped them be in sync during past cases and will continue to prove to be something good this episode.
It also seems this will be a rare episode that allows us to see the doctors outside the hospital. We lack episodes like this one, and it is always nice to get a different perspective on who these doctors are beyond their work.

I think Dr Lennox should be fired on chicago med bc she has brought too much chaos and anxiety to the ER where there should be more peace and drs feeling safe in their decisions on how to treat their patients without having someone looking over them and questioning their every move. Thats not how a real emergency room is supposed to be run by the Chief of staff esp when they have the best drs on staff. They are there bc they are the best and shouldn’t have to worry about how and why they are doing the things that they are and choices they make by anyone just bc that person wants to make it known who is in charge and who is boss. That is poor business esp in a hospital setting
