Apple TV+ Announces Silo Season 2 Premiere Date at San Diego Comic-Con 2024
Silo Season 2 is coming to a TV near you later this year.
During a panel at San Diego Comic-Con 2024, Apple TV+ announced that Silo Season 2 will premiere with one episode on November 15. The season will consist of 10 episodes, and episodes will be released every Friday through January 17, 2025.

In attendance at the panel were series star and executive producer Rebecca Ferguson, Common, creator and showrunner Graham Yost, and executive producer Hugh Howey, as well as a surprise appearance by Steve Zahn (The White Lotus) who is joining the cast in Season 2 as Solo.
During the panel, Yost also shared a little of what we can expect in Season 2: “There are two storylines in Season 2. One that follows Juliette and one that happens in her home Silo.”

Silo is a science fiction series based on Howey’s trilogy of dystopian novels that premiered on Apple TV+ in May 2023. The series was renewed for a second season back in June 2023 after only seven out of ten episodes had aired.
Silo tells the story of the final ten thousand people on Earth, attempting to survive the deadly world just outside their underground home. One of the biggest questions that looms over the sci-fi series is when and why the silo was built.
However, anyone who tries to discover the truth faces deadly consequences.

Juliette pushes back against those odds as she “seeks answers about a loved one’s murder and tumbles onto a mystery that goes far deeper than she could have ever imagined, leading her to discover that if the lies don’t kill you, the truth will,” per the series’ synopsis.
Silo season two also stars Tim Robbins, Harriet Walter, Chinaza Uche, Avi Nash, Alexandria Riley, Shane McRae, Remmie Milner, Clare Perkins, Billy Postlethwaite, Rick Gomez, Caitlin Zoz, Tanya Moodie, and Iain Glen.
Apple TV+ produces Silo by AMC Studios, with Yost, Howey, Ferguson, Morten Tyldum, Nina Jack, Fred Golan, Rémi Aubuchon, and Ingrid Escajeda executive producing.
