Preview — Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 Episode 1: Will Teddy Survive? (Photos)
Will Teddy survive on Grey’s Anatomy? And is an intern getting fired? Grey’s Anatomy Season 20 Episode 1, “We’ve Only Just Begun,” will answer those questions, picking up right where we left off on the Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 finale.
On the milestone twentieth season premiere, the interns are in trouble, and Teddy is in critical condition. Meredith is also back again, and will seemingly be diving in on a surgery (perhaps for Teddy?).

Episode description: Meredith rethinks her plans after going rogue in last season’s finale. The interns are on thin ice following a patient’s death, but Simone and Lucas are immediately tested in an emergency. Richard confides in Bailey, and Teddy’s fate is revealed.
