Preview — Chicago P.D. Season 11 Episode 2: Retread
For those of us who were disappointed by the lack of Adam Ruzek on Chicago P.D. Season 11 Episode 1, “Unpacking,” Chicago P.D. Season 11 Episode 2, “Retread,” is about to make up for it.
After being shot on Chicago P.D. Season 10 Episode 22, “A Better Place,” Ruzek has yet to return to work. As of right now, Hank Voight has kept his spot on the squad open, awaiting his return. But if Trudy keeps pushing, we may see a replacement coming up.
In the meantime, Ruzek must find something else to do to avoid going stir-crazy at home. Even though we saw him training for the test that will determine whether he goes back to the Intelligence Unit or not, he needs more to do during the day.
However, choosing to go out for a game of poker may put his return to the squad at risk. Once again, he must turn to Voight for advice and pray that his job is still there for him after this case.
