Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest – Sunday, December 31st

Now in its 52nd iteration, this New Year’s Eve countdown will party like never before, thanks to hosts Ryan Seacrest, Rita Ora, and Jeannie Mai.

Some artists who will be performing throughout the night include Ellie Goulding, Green Day, Janelle Monáe, Ludacris, Sabrina Carpenter, and more. Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest will kick things off on Sunday, December 31st at 8/7c on ABC.

Event Description: ABC and Dick Clark Productions are shaking things up on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest. The upcoming 52nd edition of the venerable holiday telecast will have new co-hosts joining Seacrest — Rita Ora will be live in Times Square while Jeannie Mai will emcee the Hollywood party in the Pacific Time zone. Ringing in the new year at midnight in the Atlantic Time zone (11pm ET), New Year’s Rockin’ Eve will once again feature a Spanish language countdown with Dayanara Torres returning as co-host from Puerto Rico’s Convention Center. The event will feature performances by Aqua, Doechii, Ellie Goulding, Green Day, Janelle Monáe, Loud Luxury x Two Friends with Bebe Rexha, Ludacris, Nile Rodgers & CHIC, Paul Russell, Reneé Rapp with Coco Jones, and Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Fool Me Once – Monday, January 1st

When Maya Stern’s husband dies she thought things would slowly go back to normal — at least a new normal. But then she starts to see someone who appears to be her dead husband on her daughter’s nanny cam. Meanwhile, her niece and nephew are also trying to find answers for the death of their mother. Fool Me Once premieres Monday, January 1st on Netflix.

Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony – Monday, January 1st

On November 3rd, 2023, the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame presented their latest inductees. This special event on ABC will showcase the highlights of that evening. Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony airs Monday, January 1st at 8/7c on ABC.

Special Event Description: Catch the highlights from the 2023 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Inductees include: Bernie Taupin, Chaka Khan, The Spinners, George Michael, Willie Nelson, Kate Bush, Sheryl Crow, Missie Elliot, and Rage Against the Machine. Jim gets his feelings hurt when Trey breaks with tradition and reserves a sushi restaurant for Grace’s birthday. Extended Family airs Tuesday, January 2nd at 8:30/7:30c on NBC.

Episode Description: For Grace’s birthday, Trey gets a reservation at the best sushi restaurant in Boston, upending the annual family tradition of dinner at a red sauce joint and inadvertently hurting Jim’s feelings.

Night Court – Tuesday, January 2nd

Dan and Roz must plead their case in front of Abby when their investigation goes off the rails. Meanwhile, Gurg tells everyone about her London trip, and Olivia attempts to start a side gig as a sports agent. Night Court airs Tuesday, January 2nd at 8/7c on NBC.

Episode Description: Dan helps Roz with an investigation that goes awry as they find themselves pleading their case in front of Abby; Gurgs regales the court with stories of her London adventures; Olivia tries to establish a side gig as a sports agent.

Good Trouble – Tuesday, January 2nd

Diving into the final episodes of this hit Freeform show, Mariana’s stress hits a breaking point while Malika welcomes Isaac to the Coterie. Ranjit’s betrayal has left Dennis scrambling, so Davia and Alice put their heads together to help. Good Trouble returns Tuesday, January 2nd at 10/9c on Freeform.

Magnum P.I. – Wednesday, January 3rd

After five action-packed seasons, Magnum and Higgins work their final case with each other. They re-examine an arson investigation and, as a result, take a major step forward in their relationship. Magnum P.I. series finale airs Wednesday, January 3rd at 9/8c on NBC.

Episode Descriptions: 5×19 – Magnum and Higgins reexamine a fatal arson investigation at the request of TC and Mahina, leading to a sinister discovery; Kumu volunteers with Rick at a veterans’ crisis call centre.

Charles must go to LA, after the death of his father, to protect his beloved mother and brother. Unbeknownst to them, Charles and his now-deceased father are/were members of a powerful Taiwanese triad. The Brothers Sun premieres Thursday, January 4th on Netflix.

Series Description: When the head of a powerful Taiwanese triad is shot by a mysterious assassin, his eldest son, legendary killer Charles “Chairleg” Sun (Justin Chien) heads to Los Angeles to protect his mother, Eileen (Michelle Yeoh), and his naive younger brother, Bruce (Sam Song Li) — who’s been completely sheltered from the truth of his family until now.

The Power of Film – Thursday, January 4th

This 6-part docuseries covers the inner workings of American classic films from the past century. By looking at storytelling and the defining principles, each episode expands our common knowledge about the power film has on our imaginations. The Power of Film premieres Thursday, January 4th at 8/7c on TCM.

Good Grief – Friday, January 5th

When Marc’s husband, Oliver, dies unexpectedly, his life is turned upside down. In search of answers and solace, Marc and his two best friends set out on a trip to Paris that will alter their lives forever. Good Grief premieres Friday, January 5th on Netflix.

Movie Description: Marc (Daniel Levy) was content living in the shadow of his larger-than-life husband, Oliver (Luke Evans). But when Oliver unexpectedly dies, Marc’s world shatters, sending him and his two best friends, Sophie (Ruth Negga) and Thomas (Himesh Patel), on a soul-searching trip to Paris that reveals some hard truths they each needed to face. Good Grief marks Levy’s debut as a feature-film writer and director. He also produced as part of Not a Real Production Company, alongside Sister Pictures.

The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard – Friday, January 5th

Now that Gypsy Rose Blanchard has been released from prison, her side of the story is told. Her account of what it was like to be the victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy and how that led to her mother’s death is laid out in this latest series. The Prison Confessions of Gypsy Rose Blanchard premieres Friday, January 5th at 8/7c on Lifetime.

Series Description: Unprecedented access to Gypsy Rose Blanchard, a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy who suffered horrific abuse and made national headlines for her role in her mother’s violent murder.
