The Continental: From The World of John Wick Premiere Date Announced at San Diego Comic-Con
The next saga in the John Wick universe finally has a premiere date.
At San Diego Comic-Con, Peacock announced the premiere date for Peacock’s The Continental: From The World of John Wick during the panel, which included sneak peek clips from the series and featured the executive producer/director Albert Hughes, executive producer Marshall Persinger, and the creative team including action director Larnell Stovall, production designer Drew Boughton and editor Ron Rosen.

The three-part event premieres as follows: Night 1 premieres on Friday, September 22, followed by Night 2 on Friday, September 29, and the conclusion, Night 3, on Friday, October 6. Each night will have a fun time of approximately an hour and a half. The three-part event spans a time period of 7-9 days, according Albert Hughes.
Per its official description, The Continental: From The World of John Wick “will explore the origin behind the iconic hotel-for-assassins centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he’s dragged into the Hell-scape of 1970s New York City to face a past he thought he’d left behind.”

The three-part event follows Winston as he “charts a deadly course through the hotel’s mysterious underworld in a harrowing attempt to seize the hotel where he will eventually take his future throne.”
The Continental: From The World of John Wick stars Mel Gibson, Colin Woodell, Mishel Prada, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Nhung Kate, Jessica Allain, Ayomide Adegun, Jeremy Bobb, and Peter Greene.

The three-part event was written by Greg Coolidge, Kirk Ward, Ken Kristensen, and Shawn Simmons. Albert Hughes directed Nights 1 and 3, and Charlotte Brandstrom directed Night 2.
