‘All American: Homecoming’ and ‘Superman & Lois’ Renewed at The CW
All American: Homecoming and Superman & Lois are returning for another season on The CW.
Brad Schwartz, President of Entertainment, The CW Network, announced that the college-set drama would return for Season 3, while the superhero drama would return for Season 4 during the network’s 2023/2024 slate.
The news comes nearly a month after The CW announced its seven-night prime-time 2023/2024 schedule. It also comes on the heels of the cancellations of Walker: Independence, Kung Fu, and The Winchesters, as previously reported.

All American: Homecoming will return with a 13-episode third season, coming in two episodes shorter than its sophomore run. Meanwhile, Superman & Lois‘ fourth season will be a shortened, 10-episode outing.
While the All American spinoff series, which received an early Season 6 renewal in January, wrapped up with All American: Homecoming Season 2 Episode 15, “Diary,” in March, this renewal news comes weeks before Superman & Lois wraps up its third season.
Superman & Lois Season 3 Episode 13, “What Kills You Only Makes You Stronger,” airs on Tuesday, June 27, at 8/7c on The CW.
“We are thrilled to bring All American: Homecoming and Superman & Lois back to The CW,” commented Schwartz.

“These series are two of our strongest performers across our linear and digital platforms with some of the most passionate fanbases in all of television. We are grateful to our partners at Warner Bros. Television and Berlanti Productions for their continued collaboration, and we cannot wait to get started on the new seasons.”
All American: Homecoming, set at the fictional Bringston University, stars Geffri Maya as Simone Hicks and Peyton Alex Smith as Damon Sims as they pursue futures in professional tennis and baseball, respectively.
The cast also includes Kelly Jenrette, Cory Hardrict, Sylvester Powell, Camille Hyde, Netta Walker, Mitchell Edwards, and Rhoyle Ivy King.
All American: Homecoming comes from Berlanti Productions and Rock My Soul Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television and CBS Studios, with executive producers Nkechi Okoro Carroll, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, Robbie Rogers, Marqui Jackson, and Lindsay Dunn.

Superman & Lois sees Tyler Hoechlin Clark Kent and Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois Lane and their teenage sons Jonathan and Jordan trade their city life in Metropolis for the small-town happenings of Smallville.
Based on the characters from DC Comics created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, the show sees the titular couple “come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever — dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society,” per its synopsis.
Superman & Lois also stars Alex Garfin as Jordan Kent, Michael Bishop as Jonathan Kent, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang, Erik Valdez as Kyle Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cortez, Wolé Parks as John Henry Irons, Tayler Buck as Natalie Irons, Sofia Hasmik as Chrissy Beppo Chad L. Coleman as Bruno Mannheim, and Dylan Walsh as Sam Lane.
The superhero drama’s third season comes from Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Todd Helbing, Sarah Schechter, Brent Fletcher, and Geoff Johns.
