The Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 finale promises a big twist along with the return of Meredith.
It’s a two-hour event, with Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 Episode 19, “Wedding Bell Blues,” and Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 Episode 20, “Happily Ever After.”

On the finale, Simone continues with her wedding as planned despite Lucas’s declaration of love. And the attendings fly to Boston for the Catherine Fox Awards, which forces Nick and Meredith to come face to face again. The same is true of Winston and Maggie, according to the promo.
(It seems like we should see Jackson and some point too, right? Just saying.)
