Preview — Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 Episode 4: Haunted

It’s Halloween on Grey’s Anatomy Season 19 Episode 4, “Haunted.” Halloween night is, of course, usually a big night for the hospital, and this episode looks like it won’t be any different.

To make things feel extra spooky, Winston and Owen have the interns practice trauma training on a real cadaver, while Richard seems to be having them working on pumpkins.

Meanwhile, Levi is stressed because of his role as Chief Resident, and Meredith and Nick try to get some alone time together.
