75th Annual BAFTA TV Awards: Nominations Include ‘It’s A Sin,’ ‘Sex Education,’ ‘Mare of Easttown’ and More

The British Academy of Film and Television announced the nominees for the upcoming 75th annual BAFTA TV Awards today.

The cable network show It’s A Sin leads the way with six nominations, followed by shows like Landscapers with seven nominations, Netflix’s Sex Education with five nominations, and Mare of Easttown with two nominations.

It’s A Sin is a British mini-series that follows the lives of gay men during the AIDS crisis in the late 80s and 90s. It features a star-studded cast, including Neil Patrick Harris and Stephen Fry. Americans can stream the acclaimed drama on HBO Max.

The black comedy Landscapers stars Olivia Coleman and David Thewlis and can also be streamed on HBO Max in the United States.

Each year, the British Academy celebrates the best on-screen talent coming from the United Kingdom and international nominees in its international categories for shows popular in Great Britain.
