Marvel Studios Reportedly Developing Agatha Focused ‘WandaVision’ Spinoff Starring Kathryn Hahn
Our spell worked! Variety reports that Marvel Studios is in early development on a WandaVision spinoff focused on Agatha Harkness for Disney+.
Agatha is memorably played by Emmy nominee Kathryn Hahn. She starts out as Wanda’s hilarious nosey neighbor Agnes, but it soon becomes clear there’s more to her than meets the eye.
WandaVision head writer Jac Schaeffer would write and executive produce the dark comedy, which would feature Hahn reprising her role. According to Deadline, Hahn has a deal to appear across the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Agatha.

When we last saw Agatha, she lost the magical battle with Wanda, as the Avenger finally realized her true identity as the Scarlet Witch. After defeating her, Wanda returned Agatha to her Agnes persona, and left her in Westview.
Agatha became a breakout character on WandaVision, with her theme song “Agatha All Along” hitting No. 1 on iTunes.
Wanda is set to appear in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which is scheduled to hit theaters March 25.

It was recently announced that Hahn would portray legendary comedian Joan Rivers in the Showtime limited series The Comeback Girl. She is also set to appear in the AppleTV+ series The Shrink Next Door and the feature film Knives Out 2.
As usual, we don’t have any details on the possible Marvel series. However, if it’s not called Agatha All Along, what are we even doing here?
