There’s Someone Inside Your House (Netflix) – October 6

Netflix’s newest slasher film is set in small-town Nebraska where the days leading up to graduation are turning deadly. There’s Someone Inside Your House premieres on October 6 on Netflix.
Film Description: Makani Young has moved from Hawaii to quiet, small-town Nebraska to live with her grandmother and finish high school, but as the countdown to graduation begins, her classmates are stalked by a killer intent on exposing their darkest secrets to the entire town, terrorizing victims while wearing a life-like mask of their own face. One of Us Is Lying (Peacock) – October 7

Detention can be a life-changing experience for students, especially when one of your classmates is murdered during it. One of Us is Lying premieres on October 7 on Peacock with new episodes dropping weekly.
Series Description: Based on Karen M. McManus’s #1 New York Times best-selling novel, One of Us is Lying is the story of what happens when five high schoolers walk into detention and only four make it out alive. Everyone is a suspect, and everyone has something to hide.
Leverage: Redemption Season 1 Part 2 (IMDb TV) – October 8

The Leverage crew still has more heists and cons to pull. Leverage: Redemption returns with 8 episodes on October 8 on IMDb TV.

Acapulco (Apple TV+) – October 8

Journey back to 1984 as Máximo recalls his time working at Acapulco’s top resort. Acapulco premieres on October 8 on Apple TV+

It’s time to check back in with the baby-sitters club as they embark on a new school year. The Baby-Sitters Club Season 2 premieres on October 11 on Netflix.

Dopesick (Hulu) – October 13

This latest drama from Hulu explores the beginning of the opioid epidemic. Dopesick premieres on October 13 on Hulu.

Just Beyond (Disney+) – October 13

Based on the graphic novel series by R.L. Stine, Just Beyond promises to be a family-friendly horror anthology series. Just Beyond premieres on October 13 on Disney+.

I Know What You Did Last Summer (Amazon Prime Video) – October 15

Amazon Prime Video is updating a classic horror film that follows a group of teenagers the year after a fatal accident. I Know What You Did Last Summer debuts on October 15 on Amazon Prime Video.
Series Description: I Know What You Did Last Summer is a modern take on the hit 1997 horror film that honors the same chilling premise — in a town full of secrets, a group of teenagers are stalked by a mysterious killer a year after a fatal accident on their graduation night. The project is based on the 1973 novel by Lois Duncan.
You Season 3 (Netflix) – October 15

Joe’s got it all: a wife, a child, and a nice new home in the suburbs, but his next-door neighbor has caught his eye, which we know is never a good thing. You Season 3 drops on October 15 on Netflix.

Invasion (Apple TV+) – October 22

Apple TV+’s newest series explores how an alien invasion affects different people all over the world. Invasion will debut with the first three episodes on October 22, 2021, followed by new episodes weekly, every Friday.
Series Description: From Academy Award-nominated and two-time Emmy Award-nominated producer Simon Kinberg and David Weil, Invasion is a sweeping, character-driven science fiction drama series that follows an alien invasion through different perspectives around the world.
Locke & Key Season 2 (Netflix) – October 22

The Lockes have quite the journey ahead of them this season as Dodge is still around and has taken the shape of someone close to them. Locke & Key Season 2 premieres on October 22 on Netflix.
Series Description: After their father is murdered under mysterious circumstances, the three Locke siblings and their mother move into their ancestral home, Keyhouse, which they discover is full of magical keys that may be connected to their father’s death. As the Locke children explore the different keys and their unique powers, a mysterious demon awakens — and will stop at nothing to steal them.
Love Life Season 2 (HBO Max) – October 28

HBO Max’s hit romantic comedy is back for a second season, and this time we’re following around William Jackson Harper’s Marcus Watkins as he searches for love. Love Life Season 2 premieres on October 28 on HBO Max with three episodes. Three episodes drop on November 4, and the final four episodes premiere on November 11.
Season Description: Love Life Season 2 focuses on Marcus Watkins as he comes out of a years-long relationship with the woman he thought was going to be his person. After the rug is pulled out from under him, he is plunged back into the search for the romantic fulfillment that he thought he had already found.
