Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV for the week of February 28th! We’ll be sharing our picks for what to watch this week, from marathons to big guest spots, and significant episodes of TV to look forward to while stuck inside.
This week’s picks include Moxie’s debut, New Amsterdam returns, Coming 2 America drops, and more.

Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell – Monday, March 1

Ahead of what would have been the renowned rapper’s 50th birthday, Netflix offers an intimate look at the life and times of Notorious B.I.G. featuring rare footage and new interviews. Biggie: I Got a Story to Tell debuts Monday, March 1 on Netflix.
Description: In the wake of the Notorious B.I.G.’s landmark induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and ahead of what would have been his 50th birthday, Biggie: I Got A Story To Tell offers a fresh look at one of the greatest, most influential rappers of all time by those who knew him best. Made in collaboration with Biggie’s estate, I Got A Story To Tell is an intimate rendering of a man whose rapid ascent and tragic end has been at the center of rap lore for more than twenty years. Directed by Emmett Malloy, this intimate documentary features rare footage filmed by his best friend Damion “D-Roc” Butler and new interviews with his closest friends and family, revealing a side of Christopher Wallace that the world never knew. I Got A Story To Tell is executive produced by Sean Combs, Voletta Wallace, Mark Pitts, Stanley Buchthal, and Emmett and Brendan Malloy.
Debris – Monday, March 1

NBC’s latest foray into the genre is a story that follows a pair of agents from different agencies as they investigate the aftermath and surroundings of a mysterious aircraft. How connected is it all? Debris premieres Monday, March 1 at 10/9c on NBC.
Episode Description: Two agents, from two different continents, and two different mindsets, must work together to investigate when wreckage from a destroyed alien spacecraft has mysterious effects on humankind.
New Amsterdam – Tuesday, March 2

Max and company find themselves not only dealing with the havoc and heartbreak that has been wrought by the pandemic but also a plane crash. New Amsterdam returns Tuesday, March 2 at 10/9c on NBC.
Episode Description: A plane crash lands into the East River and the team scrambles to save patients’ lives. When investigators come to interrogate the flight crew, Iggy races against the clock to help the pilot uncover the truth. Max is trying to track down vital medicine for one of his own that’s now scarce due to the pandemic.
Moxie – Wednesday, March 3

Amy Poehler’s latest project follows a young woman who realizes that she’s had enough of the way things work at her local high school. She teams up with some of her fellow students to change the status quo. Moxie drops Wednesday, March 3 on Netflix.
Movie Description: Vivian (Hadley Robinson), a seemingly shy 16-year-old, has always preferred to keep her head down and fly under the radar. But when the arrival of a new student (Alycia Pascual-Peña) forces her to examine the unchecked behavior of her fellow students running rampant at her high school, Vivian realizes she’s fed up. Inspired by her mother’s (Amy Poehler) rebellious past, Vivian anonymously publishes an underground zine called Moxie to expose bias and wrongdoing in her high school, and unexpectedly sparks a movement. Now at the center of a revolution, Vivian begins to forge new friendships with other young women and allies, reaching across the divide of cliques and clubs as they learn to navigate the highs and lows of high school together.
Pacific Rim: The Black – Thursday, March 4

The franchise continues as it takes an animated look at the continuation of the story, following siblings Taylor and Hayley as they search for their parents as their home gets overrun by Kaiju. Pacific Rim: The Black debuts Thursday, March 4 on Netflix.
Season Description: There was a time when Kaiju rose from the Pacific Rim only to encounter gigantic robots, Jaegers, built to fight them back. That time has passed. Now, Australia has been overrun by Kaiju, forcing the evacuation of an entire continent. Left behind, teenage siblings Taylor and Hayley embark on a desperate search for their missing parents, teaching themselves to pilot a battered, long-abandoned Jaeger to help in their quest and give them even the slightest hope of surviving.
The Real World Homecoming: New York – Thursday, March 4

Paramount+’s first batch of series includes a reunion of the cast that kicked off the iconic Real World franchise. As members from Real World: New York reunite in the same place they met all those years ago and reflect on how things have changed for them. The Real World Homecoming: New York debuts Thursday, March 4 on Paramount+.
Description: Becky Blasband, Andre Comeau, Heather B. Gardner, Julie Gentry, Norman Korpi, Eric Nies, and Kevin Powell reunite in the New York City loft to find out how the “Real World” series transformed their lives.
WandaVision – Friday, March 5

All things come to a head in the final episode of the series as Wanda deals with the answers and fallout. WandaVision’s finale drops Friday, March 5 on Disney+.
Coming 2 America – Friday, March 5

32 years after the first film debuted, fans are being treated to a return to Zamunda. The film is set in the time leading up to Prince Akeem’s coronation, including a return voyage to the place that started it all. Coming 2 America premieres Friday, March 5 on Prime Video.
