Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV for the week of November 8th! We’ll be sharing our picks for what to watch this week, from marathons to big guest spots, and significant episodes of TV to look forward to while stuck inside.

Roadkill – Sunday, November 8

The South Westerlies – Monday, November 9

Incidentally, she has a long, complicated history there, where there are secrets she’d prefer to leave buried. Kate Ryan (Brady) is stressed further by the re-appearance of a crinkly-eyed surfer ex-boyfriend who has a striking resemblance to her 18-year-old son, Conor. As tensions rise for Kate both personally and professionally – she must rally her strength to face the changing tides. Will she rise victorious or will all turn out for the worst?
Industry – Monday, November 9
A group of young, new graduates are looking to jump in and begin their career in the one of the most competitive industries, finance, in London. Settle in as viewers take a look at the highs, lows, and pressure that comes along with it. Industry debuts Monday, November 9 at 10/9c on HBO.
Episode Description: Series premiere. Five young graduates do whatever it takes to make themselves indispensable at preeminent London investment bank Pierpoint & Co. As hungry outsider Harper grapples with a decision that will gravely affect her future at the bank, she and party-boy Robert take very different approaches to their first few weeks in the bank. Meanwhile, Yasmin braves the unchecked disrespect of her superiors, and Hari’s unhealthy work habits raise companywide red flags.
Dash & Lily Season 1 – Tuesday, November 10

Based on the novel series, the newest Netflix show follows a holiday cynic and an optimist as they communicate through a notebook giving each other a series of dares. Will they find each other? Dash & Lily Season 1 drops Tuesday, November 10 on Netflix.
Series Description: A whirlwind Holiday romance builds as cynical Dash and optimistic Lily trade dares, dreams, and desires in the notebook they pass back and forth at locations all across New York City, finding they have more in common with each other than they would have expected.
Chicago Med – Wednesday, November 11

One Chicago is back and ready to kick things off with the doctors, nurses, and administrators of Chicago Med as they deal with being on the front lines of the pandemic, with the risks and challenges they face. Chicago Med returns Wednesday, November 11 at 8/7c on NBC.
Episode Description: The staff adjusts to the new normal of the pandemic; Dr. Choi, Dr. Lanik and April fight on the front lines; Dr. Halstead and Hannah face a troubling reality; Dr. Charles tries to clear the air with his daughter following recent developments.
Chicago Fire – Wednesday, November 11

Firehouse 51 adds another member to the squad as life continues on in the face of the pandemic. Chicago Fire premieres Wednesday, November 11 at 9/8c on NBC.
Episode Description: As Firehouse 51 welcomes a new member to the team, whose presence could provide some complications, Brett’s leadership shines during a scary call; Boden sees great potential in Kidd and proposes an idea that could have lasting repercussions.
The Unicorn – Thursday, November 12
Wade and company are back and ready to continue to deal with life as Wade has an instant connection in an unusual place, and Michelle waits for some good news about college. The Unicorn returns Thursday, November 12 at 9:30/8:30c on CBS.

Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey – Friday, November 13

Netflix’s latest holiday movie follows famed inventor, Jeronicus Jangle, and his granddaughter as they are on the search for his most prized creation after it’s stolen from his apprentice. The movie’s star-studded cast includes Forest Whitaker, Keegan-Michael Key, and Phylicia Rashad, just to name a few. Jingle Jangle: A Christmas Journey drops Friday, November 13 on Netflix.
