Tell Me A Story Season 2 Episode 3, “Family Business,” makes business personal as the Pruitt family blurs the lines between professional and criminal.

Ashley, rightfully so, goes down a dark path after an anonymous delivery. The promo video suggests that her mother Rebecca wants to keep information about said delivery a secret, but Beau believes the opposite.

Jackson and Simone grow closer due to their respective family troubles. Both of them have to cope with deeply rooted issues that lead to being the outcasts of their families.

Rebecca constantly pushes Jackson away, and clearly Simone’s stepmother wants nothing to do with her. So much so, that Simone is cut out of any inheritance she could have received from her father.

The promo video shows that this attempt at cutting ties only further complicates things for Simone and her family.

Elsewhere, Tucker’s nefarious actions dig him deeper into a rut with Maddie. There’s no coming back from kidnapping Olivia, and Tucker knows this – hence all the lying.

Only time will tell how the chips will fall for each member of the Pruitt family, but things don’t look good for Tucker or Olivia.
