Class is back in session! After being canceled by NBC, the fans rallied together and got the show un-canceled and moved to Peacock. A.P. Bio Season 3 premieres on September 3 on Peacock.

Series Description: When disgraced Harvard philosophy scholar Jack Griffin (Glenn Howerton, It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia) loses out on his dream job, he is forced to return to Toledo, Ohio, and work as a high school Advanced Placement biology teacher. As he comes crashing into Whitlock High School, Jack makes it absolutely clear that he will not be teaching any biology. Realizing he has a room full of honor roll students at his disposal, Jack decides instead to use the kids’ brainpower for his own benefit. But are his students instead helping him to realize his dream job might actually be the one he has right now? Eager to prove that he is still king of the castle, Principal Durbin (Patton Oswalt, Veep) struggles to control the force of nature that is Jack Griffin.

Thank you, Netflix, for constantly delivering romcoms. Love, Guaranteed is the newest one and focuses on a lawsuit of all things. Love, Guaranteed hits Netflix on September 3.

Film Description: To save her small law firm, earnest lawyer Susan (Rachael Leigh Cook) takes a high-paying case from Nick (Damon Wayans Jr.), a charming new client who wants to sue a dating website that guarantees love. But as the case heats up, so do Susan and Nick’s feelings for each other.

The Boys Season 2 finds Hughie, Frenchie, Kimiko, Butcher, and Mother’s Milk as the targets of a nationwide manhunt, which a minor hurdle in their goal of kicking Supe ass and rescuing Butcher’s wife. As if Homelander didn’t have enough to worry about, there’s now a new Supe, Stormfront, who poses a threat to his control over The Seven.

Series Description: The even more intense, more insane Season 2 finds The Boys on the run from the law, hunted by the Supes, and desperately trying to regroup and fight back against Vought. In hiding, Hughie (Jack Quaid), Mother’s Milk (Laz Alonso), Frenchie (Tomer Capon) and Kimiko (Karen Fukuhara) try to adjust to a new normal, with Butcher (Karl Urban) nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, Starlight (Erin Moriarty) must navigate her place in The Seven as Homelander (Antony Starr) sets his sights on taking complete control. His power is threatened with the addition of Stormfront (Aya Cash), a social media-savvy new Supe, who has an agenda of her own. On top of that, the Supervillain threat takes center stage and makes waves as Vought seeks to capitalize on the nation’s paranoia.

I’m Thinking of Ending Things (Netflix) — Sept. 4

Charlie Kaufman’s latest film, I’m Thinking of Ending Things, centers on a young woman who takes a road trip with her boyfriend to visit his parents, and then things get a bit strange. I’m Thinking of Ending Things premieres on Netflix on September 4.

Film Description: Despite second thoughts about their relationship, a young woman (Jessie Buckley) takes a road trip with her new boyfriend (Jesse Plemons) to his family farm. Trapped at the farm during a snowstorm with Jake’s mother (Toni Collette) and father (David Thewlis), the young woman begins to question the nature of everything she knew or understood about her boyfriend, herself, and the world. An exploration of regret, longing and the fragility of the human spirit, I’M THINKING OF ENDING THINGS is directed and written by Academy Award® winner Charlie Kaufman (ETERNAL SUNSHINE OF THE SPOTLESS MIND). After a traumatic experience with the police, cartoonist Keef Knight starts to see the world differently. Woke drops on Hulu on September 9.

You really can’t keep a satanic cult down. It’s been two years, but the world needs Cole to put on his evil-fighting pajamas once more when old foes show up unexpectedly. The Babysitter: Killer Queen premieres on September 10 on Netflix

Film Description: Two years after defeating a satanic cult led by his babysitter Bee, Cole’s trying to forget his past and focus on surviving high school. But when old enemies unexpectedly return, Cole will once again have to outsmart the forces of evil. 

Unpregnant (HBO Max) — Sept. 10

The Devil All The Time (Netflix) — Sept. 16

The Devil All The Time may not take place in the MCU, but it does feature quite a couple of our favorite superheroes albeit in far different roles. Catch The Devil All The Time on Netflix on September 16.

Film Description: In Knockemstiff, Ohio and its neighboring backwoods, sinister characters — an unholy preacher (Robert Pattinson), twisted couple (Jason Clarke and Riley Keough), and crooked sheriff (Sebastian Stan) — converge around young Arvin Russell (Tom Holland) as he fights the evil forces that threaten him and his family. Spanning the time between World War II and the Vietnam war, director Antonio Campos’ THE DEVIL ALL THE TIME renders a seductive and horrific landscape that pits the just against the corrupted. Peacock’s latest original, Departure, is an import from Canada. After a plane vanishes, Kendra Malley is called in to head up a case on the disappearance. Departure drops on Peacock on September 17.

Series Description: Passenger plane Flight 716 shockingly vanishes, and brilliant investigator Kendra Malley (Archie Panjabi, The Good Wife), alongside her mentor Howard Lawson (Christopher Plummer, Knives Out) are brought on to lead the investigation. When battling forces threaten to undermine their work, Kendra must find the truth and stop it from happening again.

Anna and Maya are back with even more middle school awkwardness. Pen15 Season 2 premieres on Hulu on September 18.

Season Description: Pen15 is middle school as it really happened in the year 2000. Anna Konkle and Maya Erskine play versions of themselves as thirteen year old outcasts, surrounded by actual thirteen year olds.

Utopia (Amazon Prime Video) — Sept. 25

When Gillian Flynn (author of Gone Girl, Sharp Objects) is the showrunner and executive producer of a series, you know you’re in for a dark, twisted time. Based on a British series of the same name, Utopia is an 8-episode conspiracy thriller that follows a group of comic book fans as they discover there’s some truth to their beloved comics.

Utopia premieres September 25 on Amazon Prime Video.

Tehran (Apple TV+) — Sept. 25

Apple TV+ is expanding its international programming with Tehran, an Israeli spy-thriller. Tehran premieres on September 25 on Apple TV+ with the first three episodes, followed by new episodes every Friday.

Series Description: A new espionage thriller from Fauda writer Moshe Zonder that tells the thrilling story of a Mossad agent who goes deep undercover on a dangerous mission in Tehran that places her and everyone around her in dire jeopardy.

Secret Society of Second Born Royals (Disney+) — Sept. 26

What if being second in line to the throne meant you had a special calling? That’s the case on Secret Society of Second Born Royals where second borns have super-human abilities and are charged with protecting the world. Secret Society of Second Born Royals premieres on September 26 on Disney+.

Film Description: Secret Society of Second Born Royals follows Sam, a teenage royal rebel second in line to the throne of the kingdom of Illyria.
