Welcome to a new week and another round of What to Watch on TV for the week of February 9th! We’ll be sharing our picks for what to watch this week, from new specials to big guest spots, and significant episodes of TV to look forward to.
This week’s picks include the beginning of the end for Homeland, Lara Jean Covey’s back with new relationship drama on To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, Freeform’s newest rom-com The Thing About Harry, and more!

Homeland – Sunday, February 9

It’s the beginning of the end for Carrie and company, and the final season premiere finds Carrie dealing with recovery and the others facing down new missions of their own. Homeland returns Sunday, February 9 at 9/8c on Showtime.

Kidding – Sunday, February 9
The Jim Carrey series is back and ready to see Jeff continue dealing with life as it comes at him. Kidding returns with a 1-hour, 2-episode premiere Sunday, February 9, at 10/9c on Showtime.
Episode Description: Jeff realizes if he can tell a lie for the first time in his life, he’ll get everything he’s ever wanted; While Jill, Deirdre and Seb debate over who is to blame for Jeff’s recent behaviour, Jeff finds himself in the real-world version of “Pickle Barrel Falls.”
Schitt’s Creek – Tuesday, February 11
A viral video causes a bit of trouble, and someone tries to put themselves out there on Schitt’s Creek. I’m sure it’ll go off without a hitch. Schitt’s Creek airs Tuesday, February 11 at 9/8c on Pop.
Episode Description: Alexis and Moira deal with the aftermath of a viral video, while Johnny helps Bob get back out in the dating world.
To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You – Wednesday, February 12

The sequel to the beloved adaptation is ready to bring us more Lara Jean, Peter Kavinsky, and company, as the Netflix movie throws in one more suitor for LJ with John Ambrose. Will he throw a wrench in Covinsky’s relationship? To All The Boys: P.S. I Still Love You drops Wednesday, February 12 on Netflix.
Description: It’s a new year, and Lara Jean (Lana Condor) and Peter (Noah Centineo) are no longer pretending to be a couple. They ARE a couple. Chicago P.D. – Wednesday, February 12
In the aftermath of Burgess and Ruzek’s devastating loss, how will the pair be dealing with it in the face of their jobs? Chicago P.D. airs Wednesday, February 12, at 10/9c on NBC.

Narcos: Mexico Season 2 – Thursday, February 13

Miguel Angel’s story continues as his descent to the head of the cartel brings with it its own problems and risks. Narcos: Mexico Season 2 drops Thursday, February 13, on Netflix.
Description: Narcos: Mexico season 2 continues the story of Miguel Ángel Félix Gallardo, now the Godfather of the first Mexican cartel – the Guadalajara cartel – as he struggles to maintain control, grow his empire, and reconcile the betrayals and sacrifices he had to make on his way to becoming El Padrino. As friction between the different “plazas” of his cartel rises, Félix’s control over the situation slips. Meanwhile, the death of DEA agent Kiki Camarena at the hands of the cartel and corrupt politicians brings a hailstorm of retribution to Mexico. “Operation Leyenda” led by the dogged DEA agent Walt Breslin, whose methods aren’t always by-the-book, targets Félix Gallardo and his chief lieutenants, adding to the instability and volatility of the cartel.
Legacies – Thursday, February 13

Kai’s returning rampage continues with this week’s Legacies. Thanks to Mallivore, not only does no one remember who he is, but he has left the Saltzmans and former Salvatore students behind in the prison world, and now he’s wreaking havoc back in Mystic Falls. Legacies airs Thursday, February 13 at 8/7c on The CW.
Episode Description: Hope finds herself in a race against the clock as the threat of the prophecy looms and the pressure to rescue the Saltzmans grows; Alaric’s attempt to keep his family safe leads him to make a difficult decision.
High Fidelity Season 1 – Friday, February 14
Zoe Kravitz stars in the gender-bent reimagining of the popular film by the same name as she examines all of her past relationships through music. High Fidelity Season 1 debuts Friday, February 14, on Hulu.
Series Description: A female record store owner revisits past relationships through music and pop culture while trying to get over her one true love.
The Thing About Harry – Saturday, February 15
Freeform’s latest rom-com follows Sam as he runs into a former high school enemy, Harry, and soon discovers that he’s come out. As the pair are forced to head out on a road trip, will they be able to get over their past and become friends or something more? The Thing About Harry premieres Saturday, February 15, at 8/7c on Freeform.
Description: Sam is a young gay man who’s forced to share a car ride with Harry — a popular jock who was his enemy in high school. But things take an unexpected turn when Sam learns that Harry has come out, opening the door for a potential romance.
