Wynonna Earp: Top Quotes from ‘I Fall to Pieces’ (Season 3 Episode 7)
On Wynonna Earp Season 3 Episode 7, “I Fall to Pieces,” delivers a ton of laughs as Wynonna and Nicole have a string of bad luck, but it also sucker punches you at the end with some amazing emotional performances.
Check out our picks for the top quotes from “I Fall to Pieces.”
Nicole vs. Wynonna
Nicole: You’re not even qualified to run a Chiptole.
Wynonna: Guaca-scuse me? You know what? Maybe I’d like to be Sheriff Nedley 2.0.
Anytime Wynonna and Nicole are forced to work together it’s a ton of fun…at least it is for us. Wynonna and Nicole don’t always enjoy working together. They rarely do, at least not initially.
It’s so much fun watching them begrudgingly work together, arguing the entire way, as they get into disaster after disaster.
It’s unclear if the bad luck is due to the mirror, a side effect of the gnome, or simply coincidental. Regardless, Nicole and Wynonna have the absolute worst luck, which is beyond entertaining.

With everything that gets thrown at them, Wynonna and Nicole are able to power through and survive, with help from a gnome. They Virtue Moir-ed those revenants, and it’s delightful.
The bottom line is we need more of Wynonna and Nicole working together.
Gnomeo Searching for his Juliet
Nicole: I think this would be a really good time to tell you that I am a lesbian
Wynonna: Oh like you never went through an experimental phase.
Nicole: Not with gnomes!
Wynonna: Well that’s very narrow-minded, Nicole. Love is love.
Runner-up: “We broke his gnome wife!”
This whole gnome situation ends up being infinitely funnier than initially expected. Nicole and Wynonna trying to make the other person more desirable as a mate is perfection.
The red hat should’ve been a clue, but nothing about the guy screams “gnome.”
It’s so ridiculous and wacky. It’s the perfect way to end Wynonna and Nicole’s disaster of a day.

The gnome isn’t part of some Bulshar scheme. It’s not out to kill them all. Nicole and Wynonna create this problem earlier when tossing Nedley’s things.
All it takes to make things right is for Jeremy and Waverly to frantically put back together his gnome-wife.
Now, why is he a person, but she’s ceramic?
A Father-Daughter Moment
Nicole: Everything good that I have in my life is because I came back to the ghost river triangle.
Nedley: You’re like a daughter to me.
Nicole and Nedley really tug on the heartstrings, and by the time they hug, the tears are falling.
All those years ago, Nedley was the one who saved Nicole, and the discovery of that fact brings Nicole to tears.
Everything clicks into place for her. She belongs in Purgatory.

Nedley and Nicole’s relationship suddenly has so many more layers to it now that we know he has been keeping an eye on her since the day he saved her. He never stopped looking after her.
This makes Nicole taking over for him as Sheriff even more emotional.
It also means that Nedley can’t just vanish on us. We’re going to need more scenes of Nedley giving Nicole advice and them bonding.
The Price of Immortality
Doc: It was the only way.
Wynonna: What about us? What about Alice? What would our daughter say if she knew her father sold his soul?
Doc: You of all people should understand the sacrifices that have been made.
Wynonna: You wanted your immortality that badly, you selfish asshole!
The last time Doc became immortal, he lost Wyatt. This time, he is losing Wynonna.
This one doesn’t make the list because I’m a fan of Doc being a vampire or this rift between Wynonna and Doc. It makes the list because it’s one hell of an emotional scene.

Melanie Scrofano and Tim Rozon deliver a gutwrenching performance. Someone throw some awards at them. They deserve it.
This conversation, along with an earlier one between Doc and Kate, also hints that Doc grappling with the decision he made.
There’s so much more to unpack here, and hopefully, we will get a chance to. Doc’s ashamed of who he has become, but, as Wynonna says, it’s done so that he can be immortal again.
Doc’s still battling with his old treacherous ways and trying his best to be the man Wynonna believes that he can be. This battle is a long one, but let’s all have some faith that Doc will find his way.
