Netflix has been a top streaming platform practically since web television became its own industry. We no longer watch a show because it’s the only one to stream; now, we have standards to determine what’s binge-worthy.

Considering how much content there is available to stream in 2018, why shouldn’t we? There’s no reason to suffer through bad TV anymore.

So, we’ve compiled a list of 30 amazing shows you can binge on Netflix right now. From comedy to drama to docu-series and so much more, Netflix really does have it all, but these titles stand above the rest.

We know Drew Barrymore is funny, but until Santa Clarita Diet, we didn’t know she was sitcom funny.

If you’re looking for a funny, quick binge, check it out. But it’s not for the faint of heart, Barrymore plays bloodthirsty well.

29. Explained

Netflix teamed up with the news site Vox to launch Explained, a weekly show that delves into current news or pop culture topics like the racial wealth gap, K-Pop, eSports, tattoos, and even weed.

It’s only in its first season, but there are already 14 episodes for days when you feel like a little bit of knowledge with your binge.

If you’re looking for lots of fun mixed in with your drama, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce is worth a watch. Netflix has the first four seasons right now, and we expect the fifth and final season is coming soon.

The show is a glimpse into the lives of 40-something women in L.A. as they take on love, motherhood, career issues, and of course, divorce. We love that the show never really loses its way. Through all its ups and downs, a unique Californian vibe remains.

The Fosters explores all the drama that comes when you blend biological children with adoptive and foster children. We love it because of the trails it blazes in authentic representation with transgender and disabled characters throughout its five seasons.

26. Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee

In this Crackle turned Netflix original, comedian Jerry Seinfeld takes a car ride with his funny friends to get coffee. Fun is had, antics ensue…it’s definitely binge-worthy if you’re looking for a laugh.

Past guests include Barak Obama and Tina Fey. The newest season features Ellen Degeneres, Tracy Morgan, and Jerry Lewis.

25. The Sinner

If you’re on the hunt for something new to binge try The Sinner, a crime drama/mystery starring Jessica Biel and Bill Pullman. It’s based on a book of the same name. Season 1 examines why a single mother stabs a man and has no memory of the event.

24. Grace & Frankie

Grab a laugh with legends Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin in the Netflix original Grace & Frankie. There’s a reason why this comedy about two enemies forced to lean on each other as they start their loves over has been around for five seasons, it’s good.

A consistent nominee during awards season, it’s one of the first shows to help Netflix prove that they were in the original programming game to stay.

23. Charmed

Prepare for the upcoming TV season with a dive into the WB classic CharmedThe fantasy/mystery drama that follows three sisters as they discover they are witches is being reboot on the CW this fall.

In The Good Place, Kristen Bell plays Elenor Shellstrop, who struggles to define “good” and “evil” in the afterlife. She’s convinced she was put in “the good place” by mistake.

It’s only two seasons, so a quick binge will get you caught up before the third season this fall.

This list wouldn’t be very reliable if we didn’t mention The Office. If you haven’t met Jim Halpert, Pam Beasley and the rest of the crew at Dunder Mifflin paper company yet, you need to soon.

It’s hard to describe the faux-documentary series as anything other than a chronicle of office antics. If you’ve ever held an office job, you’ll appreciate it.
