Emmys 2016: The People v. O.J. Simpson, Veep, and Game of Thrones Take Home Big Wins

American Crime, EMMYS, Game of Thrones, Mr. Robot, News, Orphan Black, Veep

In a way, the 2016 Emmy Awards felt a bit like, well, last year’s Emmy Awards.

The 68th annual Emmy Awards, which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel this year, included several consecutive (and deserving) winners.

Jeffrey Tambor took home his second consecutive Emmy for his role on Transparent, while Julia Louis-Dreyfus took home her FIFTH consecutive Emmy for her role on HBO’s Veep.

Veep also won the award for Outstanding Comedy for the second year in a row, and Game of Thrones won yet again for Outstanding Drama. The Voice also had its second consecutive win this year.

The show that really dominated this year, though, was The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story in the Limited Series or Movie category.

There were also several first time winners, including Rami Malek for Mr. Robot.

Check out the list of winners below, as well as a few photos from the awards!
