The team takes on a moral dilemma when tragedy strikes at a hospital on NCIS: Sydney Season 3 Episode 16, “Ticker.”
It’s hard to glean many details from the photos, but it seems like Callan Mulvey’s Gary Simms is the one who takes a ward hostage.
The photos for “Ticker” also suggest that Gary has some sort of dynamic with Adelaide Kennedy’s Violet. It’s likely that Gary wants Violet to receive a heart transplant that is meant for someone else.
It seems like DeShawn will get into the hospital at some point, presumably, to try to diffuse the situation however he can.
It looks like he has Mackey and JD helping him gather intel outside.
While it will be a stressful event for everyone involved, it is interesting that “Ticker” is putting DeShawn undercover. It’s much more rare for him to go undercover on the show than it is, say, Mackey and JD.
That may be where the debate starts for the team of who is most deserving of a heart. NCIS: Sydney always puts the characters into high-stress, intense situations, but this one is on another level.
