The downfall of Charlie Morningstar and her friends might come sooner than expected as Hazbin Hotel Season 2’s release nears.

Prime Video released the first trailer for Hazbin Hotel Season 2, which will premiere on Wednesday, October 29, on Prime Video. Additionally, Season 2 will consist of eight episodes, with two episodes releasing weekly.

Meanwhile, Hellaverse fans will be well treated to the delightfully devilish world created by Vivienne Medrano in the form of Helluva Boss. A new original episode titled “Mission: Zero” will be available on Prime Video on Wednesday, September 10.

Though brief, the teaser trailer for Hazbin Hotel Season 2 presents the unrelenting invasion from Heaven’s forces, which was previously teased on Hazbin Hotel Season 1 Episode 8, “The Show Must Go On”.

Here, Heaven’s armies, led by the arrogant Adam, strike down Charlie’s hotel for hellish reforms as promised. The trailer also features Vox’s return, who was previously featured throughout the first few episodes of Hazbin Hotel Season 1.

More prominently, it was revealed that Vox had a bitter rivalry with Alastor, his more analog counterpart, given Alastor’s electro-swing getup. The two butted heads on “Radio Killed the Video Star” with their own energetic song.

The season’s synopsis teases how Vox will accomplish his plans.

“Whilst Charlie struggles to maintain the Hotel’s goals and protect her public image, the Vees (led by Vox) make a plan to take over Heaven placing themselves at the top,” it reads.

“Meanwhile, in Heaven, the angels must deal with the repercussions of Sir Pentious’s redemption and their own part in the previous atrocities committed against Hell,” the synopsis details. Given this, it’s very likely that Pentious will have to confront Adam and his cronies, whatever that may entail.

For those going to New York Comic-Con this year, attendees may not have to wait to check out what’s coming in store for Charlie and her allies.
