Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 Trailer Features Principal Wimms’ Return, Nightshades Reunion, and More Addams Madness

The end might be nigh for Wednesday Addams as a new spirit guide forms her path on Wednesday Season 2 Part 2.

On Wednesday Season 2 Part 1, the Addams family’s daughter found herself in a messy situation, trying to uncover her hidden stalker. In the midst of all the chaos, Tyler made his escape, slowly fulfilling the vision of Enid’s demise.

With this new trailer, it looks like Wednesday will be gaining a new ally who’s all too familiar.

The Wednesday trailer sees Wednesday finally reconnecting with the spirit world after being unable to for some time. This was likely due to the interference of Judi, the daughter of Augustus Stonehearst, and her experiments at Willow Hill. However, Tyler severely injured Wednesday in the conclusion.

Due to this, Wednesday might need some guidance back to her physical form, which causes Principal Weems to become her new spirit guide.

According to Netflix TUDUM, she’ll play a similar role to Goody Addams, who aided Wednesday all the way back on Season 1.

Outside of Wednesday’s spiritual ventures, the things happening at Nevermore Academy are also becoming more extreme. Tyler is hiding out from his hunters, Enid is still trying to wrap her head around Wednesday’s situation, and Granny Frump is imposing herself to make Morticia more jealous.

The trailer also features a few more little teases from newly introduced characters. Particularly, Agnes, who has become a fan-favorite since Season 2, is exemplifying her tendencies. Additionally, “Slump,” the regenerating zombie, is also looking for revenge against Nevermore.

Everything that Wednesday and her friends face will likely lead to the confrontation with Tyler, which looks to be Season 2’s focal point. However, fans are still looking out for the appearance of Lady Gaga’s Rosaline Rotwood, who can be heard at the trailer’s end, according to Variety.

Wednesday Season 2 Part 2 might also answer the question of who Aunt Ophelia is, as she was previously mentioned throughout Wednesday Season 2 Part 1. As a disgraced family member of the Addams family, maybe there’s a chance that fans will get to see her, too.

Wednesday Season 2 stars Steve Buscemi, Joy Sunday, Luis Guzmán, Hunter Doohan, Billie Piper, Isaac Ordonez, Victor Dorobantu, Georgie Farmer, Moosa Mostafa, Evie Templeton, Owen Painter, Noah Taylor, and Luyanda Unati Lewis-Nyawo.

Alfred Gough, Miles Millar, and executive producer Tim Burton will also return.
