Palm Royale Season 2 Premiere Date Announced by Apple TV+

Maxine Dellacorte’s underdog story at the most exclusive club in Palm Beach continues when Palm Royale returns with its second season later this year.

The 10-episode season premieres with one episode on Wednesday, November 12, on Apple TV+. New episodes will stream weekly until the season finale on January 14, 2026.

The Emmy Award-nominated comedy series wrapped up its debut season with Palm Royale Season 1 Episode 10, “Maxine Throws a Party,” in May 2024. The second season finds Maxine, played by executive producer Kristen Wiig, as “a social pariah after a scandalous public breakdown,” per the season’s description.

“She’ll have to draw on her deep well of cleverness and cunning to prove once and for all that not only does she belong, but she just might have what it takes to rule this town. Along the way, she will uncover untold truths and finally understand what this town is truly built on…secrets, lies and the occasional felony.”

Alongside Wiig, Palm Royale Season 2 stars Laura Dern, Allison Janney, Ricky Martin, Carol Burnett, Josh Lucas, Leslie Bibb, Amber Chardae Robinson, Mindy Cohn, Julia Duffy, and Kaia Gerber. 

The first season, which debuted with a three-episode premiere in March 2024, earned Palm Royale 11 Emmy Award nominations, including Outstanding Comedy Series, Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series (Kristen Wiig), and Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series (Carol Burnett).

The Apple TV+ series, from writer, executive producer, and showrunner Abe Sylvia, won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music.

The streamer then renewed Palm Royale for a second season in June 2024.

“We are so thrilled to hear about season two,” Laura Dern said at the time.

“Jayme and I (with Jaywalker Pictures) have been dreaming up this project for so long in hopes that audiences would have delicious fun with the radical ride that is the world of Palm Royale. We all can’t wait to get started!”

The show’s executive producers include Sylvia for Aunt Sylvia’s Moving Picture Company, Dern and Lemons for Jaywalker Pictures, Wiig, and Katie O’Connell Marsh.
