When Does The Summer I Turned Pretty Return for Its Final Season?

The Summer I Turned Pretty returns to Cousins Beach one last time.

The adaptation of author Jenny Han’s trilogy follows Belly, an awkward teenager who has come into her own just in time for summer vacation. Throughout three different summers, Belly and the two Fisher brothers, Conrad and Jerimah, become entangled in an emotional love triangle as they navigate loss and family.

The final season of The Summer I Turned Pretty arrives July 16 on Prime Video with a two-episode premiere. Then, expect new episodes every Wednesday until the series finale on September 17.

Season 3 picks up two years after Season 2 in the summer following Belly’s junior year of college. Jeremiah and Belly have been dating for a while, and Conrad has built a separate life for himself in California as a medical student. Meanwhile, Belly’s brother, Steven, and best friend, Taylor, are still going strong as a couple.

Then, Belly drops a bombshell: She and Jeremiah are getting married.

It is a shocking turn of events that will change the entire trajectory of their summer as Belly’s mother pushes back against the engagement and Conrad struggles to tell Belly he still has feelings for her.

As Belly decides between her first love and her last love, confessions and secrets will threaten to tear the two families apart for good.

Our final summer at Cousins Beach will undoubtedly be the most unforgettable one.

Season 3 will once again see Taylor Swift lend her voice to the show with ‘Daylight’ from her Lover album and ‘Red’ from Red (Taylor’s Version) confirmed to be featured in the soundtrack.

Karen Rosenfelt serves as executive producer alongside showrunners Jenny Han and Sarah Kucserka for the 11-episode season.

Isabella Briggs and Kristen Connolly join the cast as series regulars. New recurring cast members include Sofia Bryant, Lily Donoghue, Zoé de Grand’Maison, Emma Ishta, and Tanner Zagarino.
