What to Expect from The Rookie Season 7 Episode 17: Mutiny and The Bounty
Skip Tracer Randy brings chaos with him, once again, when he returns on The Rookie Season 7 Episode 17, “Mutiny and The Bounty.”
He arrives at Mid-Wilshire to declare that he’s in love — with Chastity Sneed. The Rookie fans may remember Chastity as John Nolan’s brother Pete’s girlfriend.
Randy and Chastity crossed paths on The Rookie Season 6 Episode 2, “The Hammer,” at John and Bailey’s wedding. Pete wasn’t in attendance because he had a warrant out for his arrest due to unpaid traffic tickets. Regardless, that episode is the last time either character has appeared on the police procedural.
Still, Skip Tracer Randy is in love, and Chastity gets kidnapped. It’s unclear why either event takes place, but John and the team work together to help Chastity.
She is being held hostage at the Stonefield Mall, per Grey, and the people who took her want 15 million dollars in an hour. At one point in the promo video for “Mutiny and The Bounty,” John tells Chastity’s captors, “It’s over. If you want to get out of here, you gotta go through me.”
Meanwhile, The Rookie will also see Angela and Nyla enlist their moms to help them catch a con artist, which sounds like a deeply interesting storyline. Plus, Wesley encounters some more difficulties at work after everything with the influencers on The Rookie Season 7 Episode 16, “The Return.”
